"Out of the blue" est la 3e série d'aviation, se déroulant durant la seconde guerre mondiale, issue de la collaboration entre le scénariste Garth Ennis (Preacher, the Boys, Hellblazer) et l'artiste Keith Burns. Ce récit fait la part belle à la Royal Air Force et au chasseur-bombardier Mosquito De Havilland. Les scènes de combat sont toutes spectaculaires et dégagent une très belle énergie. J'aime beaucoup la scénographie de cette double-planche, avec cette attaque oppressante en gros plan, complétée par quatre vignettes qui aèrent l'ensemble.

"Out of the blue" is the third aviation World war 2 series by writer Garth Ennis (Preacher, The Boys, Hellblazer) and artist Keith Burns. It puts the spotlight on the Royal Air Force and especially on the Mosquito De Havilland fighter-bomber.
