Mathieu : Illustration Stand By me

Gérard Mathieu is a French press illustrator and comics artist. He is best known for his anti-hero 'Clotaire Legnîdu', that appeared in the magazine L'Etudiant. A first album appeared in 1986 at L'Etudiant, a second followed in 2004 at Ellipses. Mathieu has also published some other albums throughout the 1980s, such as 'Ce Fut Une Très Belle Apocalypse'. He developed the game series 'LudoDélire' and he has illustrated for Full Metal Planet, Tempête sur l'Echiquier and SuperGangs. 'Clotaire' also appears in Le Journal de Mickey. Text (c) Lambiek
