                About Miguel Ángel Martín
Miguel Ángel Martín (León, 1960) was the prize-winning Best New Artist at the 1992 Barcelona International Comic Fair. The hardness and sparseness of his work has consistently resulted in controversy, as happened with the album 'Psychopathia Sexualis', which was banned in Italy. In 1994, Miguel Angel Martín began a fruitful collaboration with Ediciones La Cúpula with his series 'Rubber Flesh', 'Brian the Brain' and 'Surfing on the Third Wave' (which now appears in El Vibora). Miguel Angel Martín also has made illustrations for record covers and other publications for the record company Subterfuge Records.
