The storyline of Malefic Time consists of three illustration books that form the story through a pictorial genre novel. Accompanying our protagonist we will travel to different parts of the world and discover the forbidden secrets hidden in our society.
Malefic Time: Apocalypse is the first installment of the joint project of Luis Royo and Romulo.
Set in 2038 it illustrates the transformation of the world as we know it to a real nightmare. Ironically, New York remains the emblem of the world, a metropolis decimated of its inhabitants, decrepit and ruined. Here is where we meet Luz, a young girl with white hair, that tries to survive as many others. She will be involved in a fight of beings of ancestral power, the new citizens of the city, where she will have a key role.

About Luis Royo
Luis Royo is a Spanish painter and illustrator. In 1978, he turned to comics and began to publish complete stories. His work also illustrates covers for various publishers.
