This is early artwork from Mike Mignola, who was in his mid twenties, when he was asked to create the artwork for this DC prestige project by Jim Starlin. And the artwork in Cosmic Odyssey is brilliant, the inks by Garzon are adequate to Mignolas pencils and large page constructions.
I love Mignolas Batman and so the brutal fight between him and the Antilife Equation is one of the highlights for me in the whole miniserie.
