The first marvel comic book that I clearly remember reading is FF #120.
The story is like a non-stop roller coaster that starts with an ill-conceived attack on the Baxter Building by some thugs.
On this page of this first sub-plot the Ever Lovin' Blue-Eyed Thing encounters the landlord, who instantly riled Ben's hackles.

                About John Buscema
John Buscema, born Giovanni Natale Buscema, was an American comic-book artist and one of the mainstays of Marvel Comics during its 1960s and 1970s ascendancy into an industry leader and its subsequent expansion to a major pop culture conglomerate. 
His younger brother Sal Buscema is also a comic-book artist.
