This page is from the House of Haunts story, Uncle Scrooge 63. It is one of the approximately 200 inked Barks pages which survived the printing plant destruction process. The original artwork for this story, together with several other mid-sixties stories, was given to Barks when he retired in 1966.
Together with some other Barks pages this page is framed and bolted to the wall - bolted, because the wall in question is tilting a bit. But even with the regrettable lightning issues of the scan, especially the additional image, it should be possible to enjoy Barks´ confident light-and-shade inkwork. It should also be possible to discover one of the Beagle Boys uttering Barks´ original title for this story - "His Shining Hour".
