13 rue de l'Espoir is a 1960s French realist comic strip in black and white, drawn by Paul Gillon to text by Jacques and François Gall. It tells the story of the everyday life of a modern woman in her twenties, Françoise Morel. Her love affairs are an important part of the story, which resembles a soap opera. The title corresponds to the Morel family's home address, in a suburban district of Paris.
